Hi, my name is Jess, and I’m an aspiring photographer and travel filmmaker! I’m currently studying level 4 creative media within the Northwest Regional College. I have shown great achievement through my work, receiving a 3rd place NICMAs award for one of my earliest projects on factual production. I worked mainly on independent projects throughout the two years of Level 3 Media and also received an award for outstanding achievement at the college Best Awards. Throughout my studies, I have contributed to project-based Learning opportunities with clients such as the Churches Trust, School Employer Connections, Angry Cherry and NWRC Performing Arts Department. These projects have produced media products to a professional standard, including live event multicamera production, documentary and advert campaigns, and the production of original short films and photography portfolios.

In the near future, I hope to progress on studying Screen Production at Ulster University in Belfast as I have deferred this year and will receive a place next year. I hope to progress my portfolio with more opportunities in my photography and working alongside clients to put my name out there and increase my various skills within the industry to someday travel and create content from all over the world.
